We want you to love your Jeff Dunham gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
